In his application, Ntsekele wants Mahao, Rapapa, Hlaele, Masoetsa and Doti to be interdicted from passing themselves of as ABC\u2019s NEC members.<\/p>\n<p>He also wants them to be stopped from holding ABC rallies or attending them. He has further requested the court to interdict the police commissioner from issuing permits that allow the five to hold ABC rallies.
