Africa-Press<\/a> – Lesotho<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Qoaling Highlanders elected the new management committee that will serve for the duration of three years. The elections were held at Qoaling Highlanders club house on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The team\u2019s Communications and Media Manager (CMM), Senokoane Qhekung stated that the Qoaling Highlanders has decided to elect the new Management Committee given the grounds that the previous committee was due this Monday.<\/p>\n

Qhekung mentioned that they have elected Mat\u0161elane T\u0161ukulu as the President of the team for the first time, Augustine Adusei as the Vice President of the team, T\u0161eliso Makhanya appointed as the President of Finance and Maretha Tale for the position of Treasure.<\/p>\n

Senokoane Qhekung was also given an opportunity to continue to serve as the Communications and Media Manager while Teboho Khanare was elected as the Secretary General (SG).<\/p>\n

Teboho Mokhele, T\u0161epang Macheli, Lebajoa Mapanya, Khauta Makara and Keremane Phara were elected as members of the Management Committee. The CMM further revealed that this new committee will aid them to play excellent football.<\/p>\n

He said the expectation is that they come up with different strategies that will influence the team to be more active and source out facilities to aid their smooth operation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThose strategies include finding reliable sponsors that will help the team with transportation, we expect them to also persuade different private companies to invest and sponsor the team with soccer boots and other training equipment,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Giving the list of its duties and responsibilities, Qhekung added that the committee will be managing, coordinating, organising and making final decisions on how the team will run.<\/p>\n

He stated that the effective managing committee leads to efficient and motivated players, likely to win their games. He said the team is willing to win all its second league matches to stand a chance to be promoted to Econet Premier League (EPL).<\/p>\n

The league resumes on July 10th. Qoaling Highlanders stand on the sixth position in the A Division Southern stream after playing all its first league matches.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
