The official launch included the signing of the Forum\u2019s Constitution, marking a significant advancement in promoting constructive dialogue around crucial matters affecting workers.<\/p>\n

The Polihali Bargaining Forum is designed to serve as a platform for negotiation and engagement, focusing on key issues such as workers\u2019 wages, health and safety and overall working conditions.<\/p>\n

This initiative comes on the heels of recent disputes and strike actions that have taken place at the project site, indicating an urgent need for improved labour relations.<\/p>\n
