I don\u2019t tolerate this type of behaviour. It\u2019s not about punishing an individual, it\u2019s about setting the right culture for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bissouma, 28, has been a regular in Spurs\u2019 midfield since joining from Brighton in 2022, but his absence will be a significant blow ahead of the high-profile meeting with Ligue 1 champions PSG.<\/p>\n<p>Frank stressed that the decision was taken to protect squad discipline rather than due to any fitness concerns.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a top player, no question,\u201d Frank added. \u201cBut no player is bigger than the team.
