As a growing platform, we continuously test new products and features to ensure they bring maximum value and effectiveness for our creators.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Among the most popular tools is the live gifts feature, which allows viewers to send virtual gifts during livestreams that can later be converted into real earnings. The video gifts option extends this to recorded content, letting creators benefit even when offline.<\/p>\n<p>TikTok has also rolled out a subscription model, enabling creators to offer exclusive content to paying followers, while the work with artist feature lets users collaborate with musicians by promoting songs and campaigns for performance-based rewards.<\/p>\n<p>Brand collaborations remain another lucrative avenue, where creators act as influencers, brand ambassadors, or showcase products in sponsored content.<\/p>\n<p>Sidwaba noted that many African creators are already leveraging these tools successfully, with some earning steady incomes and building loyal communities.
