Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>A 30-year-old man from Semphetenyane was arrested last week and is in police custody for illegally running a service of issuing official documents.<\/p>\n

Police said that the man was found in possession of license disks, clearance documents that are usually issued by Interpol, letterheads for different companies and offices, and a number of computerized stamps.<\/p>\n

It is alleged that the suspect has been illegally assisting his clients to register vehicles in Lesotho.<\/p>\n

He will appear in court after further investigations.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a 49-year-old man appeared before the Maseru Magistrate courts on last Friday for sexually assaulting his 13-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n

According to police reports, the victim said this happened numerous times but could not tell anyone about it because the father threatened to kill her.<\/p>\n

The man, who is said to be a civil servant at the Traffic Department paid M1 000 bail and a surety deposit of M10 000 while awaiting trial.<\/p>\n
