Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>Limkokwing University of Creative Technology celebrated founder\u2019s day on 22 October, at Limkokwing university campus in Maseru, a day marked annually to honour the legacy of its visionaryfounder, Tan Sri Dato Paduka Dr Limkokwing.<\/p>\n

The celebration was led by the university\u2019s Director of Academics, Dr. Lelingoana Lerotholi along with faculty staff and the students. The event brought together the entire Limkowing family to reflect on the founder\u2019s impact and vision.<\/p>\n

Dr. Lerotholi stated that founder\u2019s day is a commemoration of the life and work of Dr Limkokwing, a hero, a father of creativity, technology, entrepreneurship and higher education. He was an inspiration, not just here in Lesotho but across the globe, he played a major role in transforming education through innovation and design.<\/p>\n

He continued to explain that the purpose of the celebration is to honour the legacy of a man who was more than just an educator, he did wonders in his home country Malaysia and beyond. The day is one of jubilation and pride recognising a pioneer who established a creative and entrepreneurial path for higher education.<\/p>\n
