Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>The High Court through Chief Justice Sakoane Sakoane is on Thursday next week expected to continue to hear more evidence from the defence in a case in which two army members are charged with the murder of Lisebo Tang which occurred near the home of Retired Army Commander Lieutenant General Tlali Kamoli on May 09 2014.<\/p>\n

The Court has so far heard evidence from seven defence witnesses including one of the accused Sergeant Tjekane Sebolai who was the last to testify when the case was adjourned.<\/p>\n

Sebolai is charged together with Private Selone Ratsiu who was with him on a night duty at the residence of Kamoli on May 09 2014. It is alleged that they shot and killed Lisebo Tang who was in the company of Tse\u0301po Jane who survived the shooting with injuries. It is further alleged that they also damaged the vehicle belonging to Jane by shooting at it.<\/p>\n

In his evidence, Sebolai, among others, told the court that he and his co-accused considered a vehicle in which the deceased and the complainant were travelling in as a threat due to the manner in which it conducted itself around the home of Kamoli and vicinity of their duty. He said it failed to comply with a challenge and procedures.<\/p>\n
