GBARNGA, Bong County, April 21, 2026 – The Bong County Council will convene a three-day sitting from April 28–30, 2026, to review development activities and approve a new county budget, following an official communication from Superintendent Hawa Loleyah Norris, Council Chairman Aaron Sackie-Fenlah has disclosed.

The session is expected to bring together key stakeholders, including local government officials, traditional leaders, civil society representatives, and district delegates, to deliberate on pressing development priorities and governance issues affecting the county.

According to Chairman Sackie-Fenlah, a major component of the sitting will be a comprehensive report by Superintendent Norris, detailing past and ongoing development initiatives across Bong County.

The presentation is expected to provide updates on projects funded through the County Development Fund and other financing mechanisms, highlight implementation challenges, and identify priority areas requiring further intervention.
