Africa-Press – Liberia. <\/strong><\/span>The Executive Protection Service (EPS) Director, Trokon Roberts has identified with the Jone L. Moore and Kendeja public schools in District #6 by providing 50 armchairs and improving the sanitation needs in a program marking his birthday celebration.<\/p>\n

The Jone L. Moore Public School located along the Robertsfield highway received 50 armchairs while the Kenedeja Elementary division at the RLJ Hotel road sanitation facility was renovated.<\/p>\n

The EPS boss, also elevated the fence of the Kenedeja school\u2019s that was used by students to escape classes during school\u2019s hours.<\/p>\n

Making the presentation, the organization which spearheaded the projects, Covenant Sisters for Humility (CSFH) president, Florence Tawalah said the schools were chosen following visitations of their respective campuses.<\/p>\n

According to her, the bathroom of the Kendeja Elementary was in a deplorable condition, while Jone L Moore Public School lacking chairs for students to sit in class.<\/p>\n

Said Mrs. Tawalah: \u201cWe are here today on his birthday to formally present those things to the various schools. Mr. Roberts put money together from his own pocket to make those chairs available and to do the fence elevation and to renovate the bathroom.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCurrently if you check you will see that your bathroom is well painted with barrels and gallons filled with water for you the students.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mrs. Tawalah who disclosed the total cost of project is worth US$3,000, said that her organization is glad to work the EPS Director who have been a meaningful contributor to many humanitarian initiatives in and out of Montserrado.<\/p>\n

Responding to the gesture, the Kenedeja Elementary Public School Principal, Magdalene P. Brown said she delighted for her institution to be chosen for such gesture.<\/p>\n

According to her, not many eminent individuals in society wish to identify with primary divisions of public institutions.<\/p>\n

Said Madam Brown: \u201cMore often we hear them go to Junior and the high schools with whatever because behind the scene they will go back for an offer but you chose to identify yourself with the little ones. We are glad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Also making a brief remark, S. Cabrinida P. Goodlin thanked the EPS Director for identifying with Liberia children through humanitarian means.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will remember you at Jone L. Moore for your contribution to the Liberian children and the society at large,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

In response to the remarks, ESP boss said, it was not an easy task to leave his busy schedule to celebrate with those institutions.<\/p>\n

He , however, said it gives him pleasure to be identified and celebrate with the kids on his birthday.<\/p>\n

Said Mr. Roberts, \u201cIn this manner, I will tell the two principals whenever they have any project they are working on and need my help, they should reach out to me and I will try to do my best.\u201d<\/p>\n
