According to the Airline Operators of Nigeria (\u201cAON\u201d) and The Guardian, there is a shortage of aviation fuel in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBased on the above, Conex Energy Liberia informs the public that there is a delay in the arrival of the next Jet Fuel vessel, causing low fuel stock at Roberts International Airport (\u201cRIA\u201d). The vessel should have arrived on December 14, 2022. We are now being informed that the vessel will not be in Liberia until January 13, 2023.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company disclosed that during this period, airlines will use alternative methods \/ locations for fueling.<\/p>\n<p>It pointed out that it has already communicated to all relevant stakeholders, including the Ministries of Commerce, Transport, the Liberia Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA), the Roberts International Airport (RIA), and the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC).<\/p>\n<p>The company emphasized that the communication to relevant ministries and agencies in the aviation sector is to allow its customers and stakeholders time to plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are trying our level best to secure Jet Fuel for Liberia as soon as possible. We will update the public as progress is made.
