Africa-Press – Liberia. <\/strong><\/span>MONROVIA \u2014 The leadership and members of the 2023 Graduating class of the Cuttington University Graduate School as part of an effort to give back to their alma mater, have renovated four classes to a modernized learning environment as a class project.<\/p>\n

During an official turning-over ceremony held at the Cuttington University Graduate School in Sinkor, on Thursday, March 7, 2024, the President of the class Joshua D. Cleon along with his colleagues officially turned over four classes well-furnished with desks, chairs, and projectors to the administration of the school.<\/p>\n

Joshua Cleon in his capacity as the president of the class said the project is part of an effort to give back to their alma mater in a formal farewell leaving a legacy as a class.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve come to say farewell and also leave a project that cost over US17,000 that we\u2019ve completed as a class. This project comprises four classes that are fully modernized with chairs and desks, three pieces of smart projectors,\u201d Cleon said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a class, we believed that over the years we spent at the Graduate School, things that we didn\u2019t have to utilize that we feel were best suited to be able to transform the facility and complement the effort of the graduate school,\u201d Cleon added.<\/p>\n

Madam Romelle Horton, president of Cuttington University lauded the class for being selfless and magnanimous for such a great project which will leave the administration with no option but to continue the modernization of all classes of the Cuttington Graduate School.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis project shows a transfer of knowledge, and on behalf of the school, we truly appreciate the gesture and we are going to ensure that all classes here are modernized,\u201d Dr. Horton added.<\/p>\n
