Africa-Press – Liberia. <\/strong><\/span>Mr. Qi, Chief Executive Officer of an establishing business, has responded to media reports questioning the legality of his business, \u201cPlatinum Entertainment Incorporated.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an interview with FrontPageAfrica, he provided legal documents, including business registration from the Liberia Business Registry and a Certificate from the National Lottery, as evidence to refute the accusations made against his company.<\/p>\n

His business registration, valid until 2025, shows that his company is a Liberian-Chinese joint venture expected to invest in creative arts and entertainment activities.<\/p>\n

Addressing concerns about the operationalization of a casino, he told FPA that the structure slated to host the casino is still under construction and not operational as reported.<\/p>\n

Platinum Entertainment is 85% owned by Jinlong Qi, the Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, and 15% owned by Nancy Nyeswah. We have learned that Nancy Nyeswah may be closely related to Ernest Nyeswah Sr., a long-standing member of Senator Nathanial McGill\u2019s entourage, and was appointed by then Minister of State McGill as his Technical Advisor at the Ministry of State.<\/p>\n

It was reported that on January 11th, 2024, Ms. Vivian Tan of Platinum Entertainment sent a letter of intent to Mr. Nagbe expressing interest in obtaining a license for Platinum Entertainment.<\/p>\n
