Africa-Press – Liberia. <\/strong><\/span>As the 2024\/25 National County Sports Meet (NCSM) draws near, Rivercess County has appointed Thomas T. Doe and Otis Tarnue as kickball and football coaches.<\/p>\n

The country\u2019s biggest sports festival is expected to kick-off December 15, 2024.<\/p>\n

In their letter of appointment, a copy which is in the possession of this paper, the county through its sports steering committee chairman, Mr. Malcolm W. Joseph stated that the decision reflects the county\u2019s confidence in their skills, experience, and dedication to advancing the success of Rivercess County in this prestigious competition.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis appointment reflects our confidence in your skills, experience, and dedication to advancing the success of Rivercess County in this prestigious competition,\u201d said the communication.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs Head Coach, your responsibilities will include developing training programs, organizing practice sessions, and preparing strategic game plans to maximize the team\u2019s performance. We are counting on your expertise to inspire and build a cohesive, competitive team, while instilling discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship in our players.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYour contract for this position will commence on November 4, 2024 and ends on the duration of our participation. Compensation and any additional terms of your engagement will be discussed and agreed upon in a separate meeting. We look forward to working together to make this season a memorable and successful one for Rivercess County.\u201d<\/p>\n
