Madagascar est un des pays africains ayant de\u0301ja\u0300 conc\u0327u ces documents de cadrage pour lutter contre le changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministe\u0300re de l\u2019Agriculture et de l\u2019Elevage (MINAE) a participe\u0301 au panel de discussion, avec le Ministe\u0300re des Transports et de la Me\u0301te\u0301orologie, les autres Ministe\u0300res concerne\u0301s par le changement climatique, les Parlementaires, les Diplomaties e\u0301trange\u0300res pre\u0301sentes a\u0300 Madagascar, les partenaires techniques et financiers ainsi que le secteur prive\u0301 notamment. Le secteur agricole a vu la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019actions notoires concernant la promotion de l\u2019AIC se rapportant a\u0300 la pratique de l\u2019agriculture intelligente, l\u2019agroe\u0301cologie, la promotion de l\u2019agriculture biologique, la sensibilisation a\u0300 l\u2019utilisation des engrais biologique et organique afin de re\u0301duire l\u2019utilisation des engrais chimique et la recherche des nouvelles varie\u0301te\u0301s adapte\u0301es au changement climatique, comme le mil et le sorgho dans le Sud.<\/p>\n<p>Le MINAE, en collaboration avec la Direction Ge\u0301ne\u0301rale de la Me\u0301te\u0301orologie et la GIZ, a e\u0301galement conc\u0327u les calendriers culturaux selon les perspectives climatiques, mis a\u0300 jour avant chaque anne\u0301e culturale. Le Sud de Madagascar a notamment be\u0301ne\u0301ficie\u0301 d\u2019un Champ Ecole Climat que le Ministe\u0300re projette de le vulgariser dans toutes les autres re\u0301gions. D\u2019autres actions ont e\u0301te\u0301 mene\u0301es notamment en matie\u0300re de fertilisation des sols, de reboisement et d\u2019associations culturales.<\/p>\n<p>La Banque mondiale Madagascar a profite\u0301 de l\u2019atelier PRE-COP27 d\u2019hier pour pre\u0301senter l\u2019Analyse Environnementale Pays. Entre 1995 et 2018, Madagascar a e\u0301te\u0301 l\u2019un des 22 pays sur 146 ou\u0300 la richesse par habitant a diminue\u0301, en grande partie en raison de la faible productivite\u0301 du vaste capital naturel.
