Africa-Press<\/a> – Madagascar<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019enqu\u00eate sur le projet d\u2019attentat contre le pr\u00e9sident continue. Des investigations ont permis de faire la lumi\u00e8re sur ce projet macabre d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Apollo 21.
\nNon ce n\u2019est visiblement pas une affabulation comme on veut le faire croire apr\u00e8s l\u2019arrestation de Paul Maillot Nantonirina Rafanoharana et
\nla perquisition de son domicile. Le projet d\u2019attentat contre le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Andry Rajoelina est bel et bien une r\u00e9alit\u00e9.
\nDes investigations r\u00e9v\u00e8lent de plus amples d\u00e9tails sur cette tentative d\u2019attentat et d\u2019assasinat.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est Paul Rafanoharana lui-m\u00eame qui aurait tout \u00e9chafaud\u00e9 depuis un an. Cet ancien de la fameuse \u00e9cole de Saint-Cyr aurait pr\u00e9vu d\u2019\u00e9liminer ou de neutraliser plusieurs personnalit\u00e9s dont en t\u00eate de liste le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique. Il se serait vu \u00e0 la t\u00eate du pays si son coup avait r\u00e9ussi.
\nLe projet aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Apollo 21 pour la simple raison qu\u2019il aurait du \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 le 21 juillet, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 le 20 juillet. Paul Rafanoharana, le cerveau de ce projet lugubre aurait estim\u00e9 \u00e0 10 millions d\u2019euros le montant n\u00e9cessaire pour mener \u00e0 bien la mission.
\nParmi les charges de l\u2019op\u00e9ration figure le recrutement de quinze commandos dont une premi\u00e8re vague de cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments seraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur place. L\u2019op\u00e9ration men\u00e9e par ces commandos devait s\u2019appuyer sur le soutien d\u2019officiers sup\u00e9rieurs malgaches acquis \u00e0 la cause de Paul Rafanoharana.<\/p>\n

Impasse
\nPour financer l\u2019op\u00e9ration, Paul Rafanoharana aurait sollicit\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Madagascar Oil, exploitant du gisement d\u2019huile lourde de Tsimiroro, qui
\nselon lui, se trouverait dans une impasse \u00e9conomique et dont le personnel serait expos\u00e9 \u00e0 de grands dangers. En contre partie du
\nfinancement d\u2019Apollo 21, Il aurait promis \u00e0 Mada\u00adgascar Oil ; une rentabilit\u00e9 durable, la prise en charge de la commercialisation de la
\nproduction de Tsimiroro par l\u2019\u00c9tat, l\u2019inscription de la r\u00e9serve de Tsimiroro comme actif national, et la garantie de l\u2019exportation de la
\nproduction de Tsimiroro. On ignore la suite des transactions entre les deux parties toujours est-il que la perquisition du domicile de Paul
\nRafanoharana a permis de d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 250 000 euros en liquide dont la provenance n\u2019a pas pu \u00eatre clarifi\u00e9e par son \u00e9pouse \u00e0
\nqui quelqu\u2019un avait remis la somme, quelques heures avant son arrestation. L\u2019origine de l\u2019argent est d\u2019autant plus douteuse que Paul Rafanoharana avait cr\u00e9\u00e9 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Tsara First en d\u00e9cembre 2020 avec un capital de 2500 euros et dont le solde est de 34 euros. Aucun mouvement n\u2019aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 depuis la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019entreprise dont le g\u00e9rant est Philippe Marc Fran\u00e7ois, colonel \u00e0 la retraite de l\u2019arm\u00e9e fran\u00e7aise, arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e9galement le 20 juillet \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport d\u2019Ivato.
\nLe DG de Madagascar Oil et un de ses collaborateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9s par la police le 23 juillet.
\nL\u2019enqu\u00eate se poursuit pour tirer au clair cette affaire. La police et la gendarmerie sont \u00e0 la recherche de ces officiers ainsi que les traces de la premi\u00e8re vague des commandos qui se trouverait \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
