Africa-Press – Madagascar. <\/strong><\/span>Les de\u0301pute\u0301s malgaches ont adopte\u0301 un projet de loi portant sur l’orientation ge\u0301ne\u0301rale du syste\u0300me e\u0301ducatif a\u0300 Madagascar, a-t-on appris vendredi d’un communique\u0301 de l’Assemble\u0301e nationale du pays.<\/p>\n

Ce projet de loi conjugue les efforts entrepris dans le cadre du Plan sectoriel de l’Education (PSE), car le syste\u0300me e\u0301ducatif actuel est en de\u0301sue\u0301tude et comporte plusieurs lacunes. Ainsi, l’objectif de cette re\u0301forme est d’instaurer un syste\u0300me e\u0301ducatif de qualite\u0301 et inclusif, a explique\u0301 Marie Miche\u0300le Sahondrarimalala, ministre malgache de l’Education nationale, devant les de\u0301pute\u0301s.<\/p>\n

D’apre\u0300s l’expose\u0301 des motifs de cette loi, les principaux changements portent, entre autres, sur le pre\u0301scolaire obligatoire pour les enfants de plus de cinq ans, l’enseignement primaire en deux cycles de trois ans, l’organisation des calendriers scolaires en 40 semaines re\u0301parties en cinq pe\u0301riodes et universitaires en deux semestres, l’inte\u0301gration de l’orientation scolaire et de l’orientation professionnelle ainsi que le renforcement des droits et devoirs dans le syste\u0300me e\u0301ducatif.<\/p>\n

Apre\u0300s e\u0302tre adopte\u0301 a\u0300 l’Assemble\u0301e nationale, le projet de loi doit encore e\u0302tre examine\u0301 par les se\u0301nateurs. Par ailleurs, ce texte doit passer le contro\u0302le de constitutionnalite\u0301 aupre\u0300s de la Haute Cour Constitutionnelle, selon les dispositions de la loi.<\/p>\n

Une strate\u0301gie nationale de mise en \u0153uvre est pre\u0301vue apre\u0300s la promulgation de cette loi, selon le me\u0302me communique\u0301.<\/p>\n
