Cette ambition passe par la compe\u0301titivite\u0301 du secteur touristique qui doit adapter sa ressource humaine aux nouvelles normes internationales.<\/p>\n

A Madagascar, les e\u0301tablissements de formation professionnelle dans le domaine de l\u2019ho\u0302tellerie et de la restauration mettront en \u0153uvre de nouveaux programmes de formation de\u0300s la prochaine rentre\u0301e scolaire. Le ministe\u0300re malgache de l\u2019Enseignement technique et professionnel a valide\u0301 de nouveaux re\u0301fe\u0301rentiels de formation dans le domaine. Ceux-ci fixent les contenus pe\u0301dagogiques et les crite\u0300res de re\u0301ussite.<\/p>\n

Cette ope\u0301ration a pour but d’actualiser les programmes de formation professionnelle pour les accorder aux nouvelles re\u0301alite\u0301s du secteur touristique. \u00ab La mise a\u0300 jour des re\u0301fe\u0301rentiels de formation permettra l\u2019ajustement des compe\u0301tences des me\u0301tiers de base de l\u2019ho\u0302tellerie et de la restauration, et viendra parfaire la qualite\u0301 de service offert au sein de diffe\u0301rent e\u0301tablissement d\u2019he\u0301bergement et de restauration \u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 le ministre du Tourisme, Joe\u0308l randriamandranto (photo, au centre).<\/p>\n

Le processus d\u2019e\u0301laboration de nouveaux programmes entame\u0301 en octobre 2022 a e\u0301galement mis a\u0300 contribution le ministe\u0300re du Tourisme et l\u2019Agence franc\u0327aise de de\u0301veloppement, en tant que partenaire technique et financier. Il a e\u0301te\u0301 initie\u0301 dans le cadre du projet TREMPLIN MAD, lance\u0301 en 2020 pour favoriser l\u2019insertion socio-professionnelle des jeunes dans les me\u0301tiers de l\u2019ho\u0302tellerie-restauration a\u0300 Madagascar.<\/p>\n

Les nouveaux programmes viennent remplacer d\u2019anciens vieux de pre\u0300s de 8 ans. Ils prendront en compte les changements survenus dans le secteur touristique, notamment le changement de comportement des touristes et les nouvelles normes sanitaires. Notons que pour cette fois, la refonte des programmes n\u2019a pris en compte que trois me\u0301tiers a\u0300 savoir : cuisinier, serveur et femme de chambre.<\/p>\n

Le choix de ces me\u0301tiers vise a\u0300 accroi\u0302tre la compe\u0301titivite\u0301 du secteur du tourisme. La Grande I\u0302le ambitionne d\u2019attirer le million de touristes dans les cinq prochaines anne\u0301es.<\/p>\n
