Ce cre\u0301dit pre\u0301fe\u0301rentiel contribuera a\u0300 la mise en oeuvre du Projet d\u2019ame\u0301nagement hydroe\u0301lectrique de Ranomafana, a de\u0301clare\u0301 Zhang Wei, charge\u0301 d\u2019affaire de l\u2019ambassade de Chine a\u0300 Madagascar, a\u0300 l\u2019occasion de la ce\u0301re\u0301monie de signature de l\u2019accord cadre portant sur l\u2019octroi de ce pre\u0302t a\u0300 Antananarivo.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ce projet constitue le plus grand projet de coope\u0301ration financie\u0300re dans l\u2019histoire de la coope\u0301ration entre nos deux pays, et en me\u0302me temps l\u2019un des plus grands projets de financement chinois en Afrique au cours de ces dernie\u0300res anne\u0301es \u00bb, a souligne\u0301 M. Zhang.<\/p>\n

Le projet comprend la construction d\u2019une centrale hydroe\u0301lectrique d\u2019une capacite\u0301 de 64 me\u0301gawatts, avec 90 km de lignes de transmission et des transformateurs pour se connecter au re\u0301seau re\u0301gional de la capitale d\u2019Antananarivo, a-t-il pre\u0301cise\u0301, ajoutant qu\u2019une fois acheve\u0301e, le volume de production d\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301 de cette centrale devrait atteindre en moyenne 311 millions de kilowattheures par an.<\/p>\n

Ce projet \u00ab met en e\u0301vidence l\u2019importance de la production d\u2019e\u0301nergie, non seulement pour l\u2019acce\u0300s a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301 pour chaque foyer mais constitue e\u0301galement un levier ine\u0301luctable pour l\u2019industrialisation du pays, qui constitue l\u2019un des socles de l\u2019e\u0301mergence de Madagascar \u00bb, a indique\u0301 la ministre malgache des Affaires Etrange\u0300res, Yvette Sylla, a\u0300 la me\u0302me occasion.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, le ministre malgache de l\u2019Energie et des Hydrocarbures, Soloniaina Rasamoelina Andriamanampisoa, a affirme\u0301 que ce projet contribuerait e\u0301galement a\u0300 la re\u0301duction de l\u2019e\u0301mission de gaz a\u0300 effet de serre et a\u0300 la protection de la plane\u0300te.<\/p>\n
