Africa-Press – Madagascar. <\/strong><\/span>Sans rela\u0302che, le ministe\u0300re de l\u2019Industrialisation, du commerce et de la consommation (MICC) poursuit la mise en \u0153uvre de son projet ODOF.<\/b><\/p>\n

L\u2019Atsinanana a e\u0301te\u0301 encore ga\u0302te\u0301 avant-hier, puisque deux districts de la re\u0301gion viennent d\u2019e\u0302tre dote\u0301s d\u2019une zone de pe\u0301pinie\u0300re industrielle chacun. Ce sont respectivement Fe\u0301ne\u0301rive-Est qui a rec\u0327u une unite\u0301 de traitement destine\u0301e a\u0300 se\u0301cher les fruits, et Soanierana Ivongo qui s\u2019est vu offrir une machine de production de chips. D\u2019apre\u0300s les explications, \u00ab Cette machine permet de se\u0301cher les fruits pour les stocker. Les produits se\u0301che\u0301s sont exporte\u0301s et vendus \u00bb. Outre le litchi, le district produit 3000 tonnes de fruits par an. L\u2019usine peut traiter et faire se\u0301cher 200 a\u0300 300 kilos de fruits par chargement. A\u0300 titre indicatif, il faut environ 16 heures pour faire se\u0301cher le litchi, 12 heures pour la banane et 4 heures pour l\u2019\u00ab ampalibe \u00bb. L\u2019arrive\u0301e de cette machine a e\u0301te\u0301 vivement salue\u0301e par les producteurs locaux qui, par la voix du pre\u0301sident de la coope\u0301rative Taratra d\u2019Analanjirofo, Modeste Fresson a de\u0301clare\u0301 : \u00ab Il y a beaucoup de litchis a\u0300 vendre dans l\u2019Analanjirofo. Ces litchis se transformeront en argent lorsque cet e\u0301quipement arrivera. Il en va de me\u0302me pour les fruits abi\u0302me\u0301s et pourris dans les champs \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Engagement <\/b><\/p>\n

A\u0300 Soanierana Ivongo, la remise de la nouvelle unite\u0301 industrielle a e\u0301galement e\u0301te\u0301 vivement appre\u0301cie\u0301e par la population locale. Lors d\u2019une de\u0301monstration publique de l\u2019usine de fabrication de chips, le gouverneur de la re\u0301gion Analanjirofo, Marcellin Randriamanantena a de\u0301clare\u0301 : \u00ab On nous donne cet outil pour transformer nos produits. Il n\u2019y aura plus de bananes pourries et abi\u0302me\u0301es dans notre pays \u00bb. Dans ce sillage, il a exhorte\u0301 la population a\u0300 planter les bananes. L\u2019usine de fabrication de chips de Soanierana Ivongo consomme 100 kilos de matie\u0300res premie\u0300res par heure ou 1 tonne par jour. La zone industrielle augmentera non seulement les revenus des agriculteurs, mais re\u0301pondra e\u0301galement aux besoins nutritionnels des consommateurs. Il a e\u0301te\u0301 rappele\u0301 que la cre\u0301ation de cette zone industrielle est un accomplissement de l\u2019engagement du Pre\u0301sident pour la promotion de l\u2019industrialisation du pays et qu\u2019aucun district ne sera oublie\u0301.<\/p>\n

Comme pour toutes les pre\u0301ce\u0301dentes pe\u0301pinie\u0300res industrielles, un appel a\u0300 projets sera envoye\u0301 aux entrepreneurs inte\u0301resse\u0301s par la gestion de l\u2019entreprise. Les ope\u0301rateurs ont trois semaines pour re\u0301pondre. Un comite\u0301 spe\u0301cial examinera les documents rec\u0327us. Lorsque l\u2019on saura qui ge\u0301rera l\u2019industrie, l\u2019entrepreneur et la coope\u0301rative d\u2019agriculteurs qui produisent les matie\u0300res premie\u0300res et le gouvernement signeront l\u2019accord de coope\u0301ration.<\/p>\n
