L\u2019unite\u0301 industrielle de transformation de tomates a\u0300 Ambatondrazaka est de\u0301sormais ope\u0301rationnelle a\u0300 100%. C\u2019est dans l\u2019euphorie et la joie que les coope\u0301ratives ainsi que les producteurs du district d\u2019Ambatondra\u00adzaka ont accueilli samedi, Andry Rajoelina, chef de l\u2019E\u0301tat et Edgard Razafindravahy, ministre de l\u2019Industrialisation, du Commerce et de la Con\u00adsom\u00ad\u00ad\u00admation, venus inaugurer et lancer cette usine. Une aubaine pour les communaute\u0301s riveraines de la nationale 44 qui pourront de\u0301sormais transformer leurs tomates pour ajouter une valeur supple\u0301mentaire, dans le cadre du projet One District, One Factory ou Odof (Un district, une Usine). \u00abLe de\u0301veloppement industriel, Velirano nume\u0301ro 7 du pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique vient de de concre\u0301tiser pour le district d\u2019Ambatondrazaka\u00bb, s\u2019exprime Edgard Razafindravahy devant la foule incommensurable venue a\u0300 l\u2019occasion de l\u2019inauguration de cette usine. Andry Rajoelina, a pour sa part tenu a\u0300 souligner la porte\u0301e du projet One District, One Factory (ODOF) sur le plan social. \u00abAmbatondra\u00adzaka est un district tre\u0300s productif, raison pour laquelle le ministe\u0300re de l\u2019Industrialisation a place\u0301 cette nouvelle usine. Une pe\u0301pinie\u0300re qui permettra entre autres, de cre\u0301er de l\u2019emploi et professionnaliser les jeunes\u00bb, confie-t-il. Installe\u0301e dans la re\u0301gion depuis juin dernier, cette unite\u0301 de production est capable d\u2019encaisser une tonne de tomates brutes par heure. Avec une usine qui tourne a\u0300 six heures par jour, les machines seront capables de produire 1 a\u0300 1,5 tonne de produits finis (concentre\u0301 de tomates, ketchup ou sauces tomates).<\/p>\n<p><b>Solutions pe\u0301rennes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Une infrastructure de la sorte permettra entre autres, d\u2019ame\u0301liorer le rendement a\u0300 la base pour cette re\u0301gion. Sachant que plusieurs communes du district d\u2019Ambaton\u00addrazaka sont de grandes productrices de tomates (environ 16 500 tonnes par an), la nouvelle unite\u0301 industrielle de transformation de tomates permettra de pallier plusieurs proble\u0300mes. A\u0300 commencer par la gestion de la production elle-me\u0302me.
