J-29. Cinq candidats ont de\u0301pose\u0301 leurs dossiers de candidature aupre\u0300s du secre\u0301tariat ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la Fe\u0301de\u0301ration malgache de football, jusqu\u2019a\u0300 hier a\u0300 18 heures, date butoir fixe\u0301e par la commission e\u0301lectorale. Quatre d\u2019entre eux ne sont plus a\u0300 pre\u0301senter dans le domaine du ballon rond malgache. L\u2019ancien secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral pendant deux mandats de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration pre\u0301side\u0301e par Ahmad, Stanislas Rakoto\u00admalala, Stan pour les amis, a de\u0301pose\u0301 en premier ses dossiers avant-hier. Il occupe depuis plus d\u2019un an le me\u0302me poste de secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019association des Clubs de football e\u0301lites de Madagascar (CFEM), instance organisatrice de l\u2019Orange Pro League. Le deuxie\u0300me pre\u0301tendant est le premier vice-pre\u0301sident de l\u2019e\u0301quipe actuelle, Victorien Andrianony. Il a e\u0301te\u0301 nomme\u0301 par la Fifa pour assurer le poste de pre\u0301sident par inte\u0301rim lors du congre\u0300s de la Fifa en de\u0301cembre 2022. Le troisie\u0300me candidat est l\u2019actuel deuxie\u0300me vice-pre\u0301sident de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration, pre\u0301sident d\u2019honneur et fondateur de l\u2019un des clubs phares du pays, Elgeco Plus, Alfred Randria\u00admanampisoa. Les deux autres pre\u0301tendants au poste du pre\u0301sident de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration ont de\u0301pose\u0301 leurs dossiers hier, en la personne de Neypatraiky Andre\u0301 Rakotomamonjy et Douglas Astina Willson. Le premier, de\u0301pute\u0301 de Madagascar, se\u0301nateur de Madagascar et ancien ministre des Postes, des te\u0301le\u0301communications et du de\u0301veloppement nume\u0301rique (2014- 2018) en sera a\u0300 sa deuxie\u0300me tentative, apre\u0300s son premier essai non concluant en 2019.<\/p>\n

Provisoire <\/b><\/p>\n

Le deuxie\u0300me, Douglas Astina qui est inspecteur a\u0300 la direction ge\u0301ne\u0301rale des Impo\u0302ts, est encore me\u0301connu par les footeux. La commission e\u0301lectorale va pouvoir proce\u0301der, dans les prochains jours, a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301tude des dossiers des candidats, cinq pour le poste de pre\u0301sident et quarante-sept pour les membres du comite\u0301 exe\u0301cutif. La date du scrutin est programme\u0301e pour le 14 octobre, soit dans moins d\u2019un mois. Le lieu reste encore a\u0300 confirmer par la Ceni. La pre\u0301ce\u0301dente assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale e\u0301lective de la FMF a e\u0301galement vu la participation de cinq candidats, dont l\u2019heureux e\u0301lu, le 24 aou\u0302t 2019 a\u0300 Ifaty a e\u0301te\u0301 Raoul Arizaka Rabekoto. Il a de\u0301fait en duel final Hery Rasoamaromaka dit Hery Be, actuel gouverneur d\u2019Analamanga. Les trois autres malheureux pre\u0301tendants ont e\u0301te\u0301 Neypatraiky Andre\u0301 Rakotomamonjy, Doda Andriamisasoa et Mohamad Abdillah. Les membres de la Ceni entameront prochainement le de\u0301pouillement et la ve\u0301rification des plis. La liste de\u0301finitive n\u2019interviendra qu\u2019apre\u0300s le de\u0301lai de recours, ou la de\u0301cision de la commission de recours, programme\u0301 les 11 et 12 octobre. L\u2019avenir du football malgache est ainsi entre les mains des vingt-deux pre\u0301sidents de ligue qui vont e\u0301lire le nouveau patron du sport roi a\u0300 Madagascar. Huit d\u2019entre eux sont des pre\u0301sidents reconduits.<\/p>\n
