Africa-Press – Madagascar. <\/strong><\/span>Quelques jours apre\u0300s le premier tour de l\u2019e\u0301lection pre\u0301sidentielle, le comite\u0301 national d\u2019observation e\u0301lectoral (KMF\/CNOE) donne son rapport sur ce que ses agents ont pu voir lors du jour du scrutin.<\/p>\n

L\u2019association rejoint le point de vue de la plupart des observateurs e\u0301lectoraux en disant que le dialogue devrait e\u0302tre entrepris par les parties prenantes au processus e\u0301lectoral, afin d\u2019avoir un climat politique plus apaise\u0301.<\/p>\n

La cre\u0301dibilite\u0301 de la dernie\u0300re e\u0301lection pre\u0301sidentielle est aussi entache\u0301e par un taux de participation assez bas, selon le KMF\/CNOE. Les preuves viendraient d\u2019un bureau de vote de l\u2019EPP d\u2019Antsahabe, qui affiche le taux de participation le plus bas des centres que l\u2019association a visite\u0301s, avec seulement 13,64% des e\u0301lecteurs inscrits.<\/p>\n

Les irre\u0301gularite\u0301s lie\u0301es au manque de formation des membres des bureaux de vote sont venues augmenter les anomalies e\u0301lectorales, comme les retards d\u2019ouverture et\/ou des fermetures de bureaux de vote.<\/p>\n
