Cette entente marque une avance\u0301e majeure dans l\u2019ame\u0301lioration du climat des affaires et repre\u0301sente un jalon significatif dans les efforts du ministe\u0300re de l\u2019industrialisation et du commerce en matie\u0300re de collaboration avec le secteur prive\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre de l\u2019Industrialisation et du commerce, Edgard Razafindravahy, en tant que ministre en charge du secteur prive\u0301, a pris a\u0300 bras le corps le sujet, en re\u0301ponse aux sollicitations pressantes de ce dernier. Sa de\u0301termination a\u0300 trouver une solution rapide avec le ministe\u0300re de l\u2019e\u0301conomie et des finances a porte\u0301 ses fruits, de\u0301montrant la dynamique enclenche\u0301e par le ministe\u0300re de l\u2019Industrialisation et du Commerce (MIC), qui a fait du rapprochement avec le secteur prive\u0301 une priorite\u0301. En effet, une rencontre entre les repre\u0301sentants de l\u2019E\u0301tat, notamment du ministe\u0300re de l\u2019E\u0301conomie et des finances et du ministe\u0300re de l\u2019Industrialisation et du commerce, et les membres du groupement des entreprises franches et partenaires (GEFP) a abouti a\u0300 un accord mutuellement be\u0301ne\u0301fique, hier. L\u2019E\u0301tat a pre\u0301sente\u0301 des propositions concre\u0300tes pour re\u0301gler cette dette, aboutissant a\u0300 un accord entre les deux parties sur les modalite\u0301s de paiement de la somme de 57 milliards d\u2019ariary.<\/p>\n<p>Le MIC se fe\u0301licite de l\u2019efficacite\u0301 du dialogue instaure\u0301, qui prend tout son sens dans l\u2019ame\u0301lioration du climat des affaires. En effet, dans le cadre du pacte de programmation industrielle, le MIC s\u2019est engage\u0301 a\u0300 ame\u0301liorer l\u2019environnement des affaires, plac\u0327ant la collaboration avec le secteur prive\u0301 au c\u0153ur de ses priorite\u0301s.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux ministe\u0300res annoncent que les discussions se poursuivront sur d\u2019autres sujets, toujours dans le cadre de l\u2019ame\u0301lioration du climat des affaires conforme\u0301ment aux engagements du pacte de programmation industrielle.
