Dans l\u2019un de ces entretiens, elle a notamment souligne\u0301 l\u2019urgence de de\u0301marrer la construction de la centrale hydroe\u0301lectrique de Volobe, mettant en avant son importance pour le de\u0301veloppement humain et e\u0301conomique. L\u2019UE soutient le projet avec un don de 20 millions d\u2019euros, repre\u0301sentant environ un tiers de la contribution de l\u2019E\u0301tat. Cependant, malgre\u0301 la signature du me\u0301morandum d\u2019entente en 2016, le projet a pris du retard, notamment en raison de ne\u0301gociations sur le prix du kilowattheure.<\/p>\n<p>La centrale hydroe\u0301lectrique de Volobe, une fois ope\u0301rationnelle, produira 120 me\u0301gawatts, couvrant 40% de la consommation annuelle nationale d\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301. Cela be\u0301ne\u0301ficiera a\u0300 plusieurs re\u0301gions du pays en re\u0301solvant partiellement le proble\u0300me de l\u2019insuffisance e\u0301nerge\u0301tique. Les retards dans le projet ont des conse\u0301quences financie\u0300res et structurelles, entrai\u0302nant des surcou\u0302ts dus a\u0300 la production d\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301 par des moyens plus cou\u0302teux, comme les solutions thermiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le financement du projet, estime\u0301 a\u0300 environ 550 millions d\u2019euros, reste un obstacle majeur a\u0300 son avancement. Alors que la Compagnie ge\u0301ne\u0301rale d\u2019hydroe\u0301lectricite\u0301 de Volobe (CGHV) cherche des partenaires et des bailleurs, le manque de fonds retarde le de\u0301but des travaux. Des discussions sont en cours avec des acteurs tels qu\u2019E\u0301lectricite\u0301 de France (EDF) pour soutenir le projet. Ce retard impacte e\u0301galement les finances publiques, augmentant les dettes et affectant les fonds d\u2019entretien des routes.<\/p>\n<p>Isabelle Delattre Burger souligne l\u2019importance de concre\u0301tiser rapidement les projets hydroe\u0301lectriques de Volobe et Sahofika pour e\u0301viter des dommages collate\u0301raux sur l\u2019e\u0301conomie et les infrastructures du pays.
