Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9e presque \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 sans amendement. Le texte propos\u00e9 par les d\u00e9put\u00e9s instituant une taxe de 20% sur les bondillons a disparu et l\u2019on est revenu au texte initial. Le r\u00e9gime a impos\u00e9 ses vues dans la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer les finances de l\u2019\u00c9tat et va appliquer son programme librement, sans aucun frein. L\u2019opposition et les repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile vont continuer \u00e0 jouer leur r\u00f4le en d\u00e9non\u00e7ant ce qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent comme des travers du pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p>Une LFI 2022 vot\u00e9e sans probl\u00e8me<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, avant l\u2019examen de la LFI 2022 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, a essay\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9clairer l\u2019opinion sur les suppos\u00e9es incoh\u00e9rences de cette loi. Lorsque le projet de loi est pass\u00e9 en commission, il n\u2019y a pas eu de grande discussion. Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont, cependant unanimement, demand\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation de la taxe des bondillons et de la faire passer de 10% \u00e0 20%. On sait ce qu\u2019il est ensuite advenu. Aucune retouche n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9e au texte. La LFI 2002 a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9, seuls les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l\u2019opposition ont manifest\u00e9 leur refus de le faire. On ne sait pas exactement ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 en coulisse, mais le pouvoir est sorti indemne de ce face-\u00e0-face qui aurait pu \u00eatre risqu\u00e9 pour lui. Il peut maintenant travailler sans \u00eatre g\u00ean\u00e9 et il dispose de toute latitude pour appliquer son programme. Cette quasi-unanimit\u00e9 est cependant trompeuse car cela n\u2019emp\u00eachera ni les critiques ni les remarques pertinentes des membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et de l\u2019opposition. Ces derniers se chargeront de d\u00e9noncer les failles qu\u2019ils ont constat\u00e9es. Mais le r\u00e9gime est le ma\u00eetre du jeu. Il peut agir comme bon lui semble. L\u2019opinion a son libre arbitre et elle poss\u00e8de un jugement s\u00fbr.
