Fruit d\u2019un partenariat public-prive\u0301 avec le groupe Gamo\/Mado, cette centrale hydroe\u0301lectrique HydroMado, affiche une puissance installe\u0301e de 1,4 MW. L\u2019infrastructure renforcera de manie\u0300re significative la capacite\u0301 du Re\u0301seau Interconnecte\u0301 d\u2019Antananarivo (RIA), contribuant ainsi a\u0300 ame\u0301liorer l\u2019acce\u0300s a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301 pour des centaines de me\u0301nages des fokontany environnants, en priorite\u0301 ceux d\u2019Amboasary et de Morarano.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de be\u0301ne\u0301ficier de l\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301 produite par la centrale, ces me\u0301nages auront e\u0301galement la possibilite\u0301 d\u2019acce\u0301der au projet de branchement \u00ab mora \u00bb, leur permettant d\u2019acque\u0301rir un compteur e\u0301lectrique a\u0300 un prix abordable de 30 000 ariary. De plus, l\u2019E\u0301tat prendra en charge l\u2019installation des ca\u0302blages e\u0301lectriques, facilitant ainsi l\u2019acce\u0300s a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301 pour les foyers les plus e\u0301loigne\u0301s.Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans l\u2019engagement de l\u2019E\u0301tat malagasy en faveur de la transition e\u0301nerge\u0301tique.<\/p>\n<p>Le Pre\u0301sident Rajoelina a souligne\u0301 l\u2019importance de diversifier les sources d\u2019e\u0301nergie du pays, notamment en re\u0301duisant la de\u0301pendance a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301nergie thermique, responsable de 90% de la production actuelle. Cette transition vers des e\u0301nergies renouvelables permettra non seulement de re\u0301pondre a\u0300 la demande croissante d\u2019e\u0301lectricite\u0301 due a\u0300 l\u2019augmentation de la population, mais aussi de re\u0301duire les cou\u0302ts e\u0301leve\u0301s lie\u0301s aux subventions accorde\u0301es a\u0300 la socie\u0301te\u0301 JIRAMA, qui s\u2019e\u0301le\u0300vent a\u0300 pre\u0300s de 1200 milliards d\u2019ariary.<\/p>\n<p>En paralle\u0300le avec l\u2019inauguration de la centrale HydroMado, le gouvernement multiplie les initiatives en faveur de l\u2019acce\u0300s a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301nergie pour tous. Des parcs solaires sont en cours d\u2019installation dans les 47 districts de Madagascar, et des kits solaires \u00ab Hazavana ho anao \u00bb sont distribue\u0301s a\u0300 travers l\u2019i\u0302le, be\u0301ne\u0301ficiant e\u0301galement a\u0300 la commune rurale de Behenjy. Ces actions concre\u0300tes visent a\u0300 garantir que chaque foyer malagasy puisse be\u0301ne\u0301ficier d\u2019une e\u0301nergie propre et abordable, tout en contribuant a\u0300 la lutte contre le changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une lettre adresse\u0301e au Premier ministre, ministres et ministre de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301, relative au programme national de dotation de kits solaires \u00ab Hazavana ho ana \u00bb, le pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique a pre\u0301cise\u0301 que ce programme permet a\u0300 tous les me\u0301nages vulne\u0301rables, me\u0302me dans les zones recule\u0301es et enclave\u0301es sur tout le territoire d\u2019avoir acce\u0300s a\u0300 un e\u0301clairage a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301nergie solaire.
