L\u2019ancien Premier ministre de Didier Ratsiraka, Victor Ramahatra, a comparu \u00e0 la barre, hier dans le cadre du proc\u00e8s sur l\u2019affaire dite Apollo 21. Ce dernier figure parmi les principaux accus\u00e9s dans ce projet de complot contre le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique et qui entend \u00ab renverser le gouvernement en place \u00bb. Mais d\u2019embl\u00e9e, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en retraite, qui n\u2019a pas perdu de sa finesse dans les paroles malgr\u00e9 le poids de l\u2019\u00e2ge, a ni\u00e9, devant le tribunal, les accusations qui portent sur lui. Comploter contre le r\u00e9gime en place serait alors contraire, selon ses dires, \u00e0 ses missions en tant que conseiller aupr\u00e8s de Madagascar Oil qui consistent \u00e0 \u00ab assurer la stabilit\u00e9 du projet p\u00e9trolier dans le pays \u00bb. Victor Ramahatra est engag\u00e9 comme lobbyiste par cette firme p\u00e9troli\u00e8re d\u00e9tenue en majorit\u00e9 par Benchmark Group.<\/p>\n

. Paul Rafanoharana a donc approch\u00e9 cet ancien Premier ministre pour ouvrir les portes vers le de ce groupe. Et le Franco-malgache, d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur son \u00e9lan pour \u00e9laborer un projet visant \u00e0 nettoyer l\u2019\u00e9curie d\u2019Augias au sommet de l\u2019Etat selon ses propres mots, en \u00ab renversant le gouvernement en place et en complotant un attentat contre le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00bb selon les actes d\u2019accusations, a demand\u00e9 des fonds \u00e0 hauteur de 10 millions d\u2019euros aupr\u00e8s de Benchmark Group pour r\u00e9aliser son projet politique. Une lettre envoy\u00e9e par les soins de Rafanoharana, vers le num\u00e9ro Un de Benchmark Group via une correspondance num\u00e9rique aurait alors transit\u00e9 par Victor Ramahatra.<\/p>\n

Mais devant la barre, l\u2019officier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en retraite \u00e9carte d\u2019un revers de mains les accusations portant sur son implication dans le montage financier du projet de Paul Rafanoharana. Concernant le projet de budget d\u2019Apollo 21, Victor Ramahatra a affirm\u00e9 n\u2019avoir eu vent de l\u2019aspect financier du complot qu\u2019apr\u00e8s son arrestation et durant les enqu\u00eates. Toutefois, il a reconnu le mail envoy\u00e9 par Paul Rafanoharana au pr\u00e9sident directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Benchmark Group aupr\u00e8s duquel, le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 cerveau d\u2019Apollo 21 a souhait\u00e9 r\u00e9colter les 10 millions d\u2019euros pour r\u00e9aliser ses objectifs d\u00e9crits dans son projet. Mais, Victor Ramahatra a soutenu, devant les juges, que cette lettre en date du 12 octobre 2021 rel\u00e8ve \u00ab d\u2019un acte d\u2019escroquerie de Paul Rafanoharana \u00bb. Il a n\u00e9anmoins reconnu avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 en contact r\u00e9gulier avec cet ancien officier de la gendarmerie fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n
