Africa-Press – Madagascar. <\/strong><\/span>Les restaurateurs d\u2019Antananarivo b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019une formation, selon la FHORM (F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des H\u00f4teliers et Restaurateurs de Madagascar) et la CUA (Commune Urbaine d\u2019Antananarivo). Ces deux entit\u00e9s ont sign\u00e9 un protocole de collaboration pour la mise en \u0153uvre de ce projet auquel le METFP (Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Emploi, du Travail et de la Formation Professionnelle) prend part. Pour ce d\u00e9partement minist\u00e9riel, il s\u2019agit de soutenir l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du savoir-faire des restaurateurs de la Capitale, \u00e0 travers la formation professionnelle. \u00ab L\u2019objectif est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le fonctionnement de tous les lieux de restauration de la ville. Les parties souhaitent garantir le professionnalisme et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 dans ce secteur via cette nouvelle convention. Ceci, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations certifi\u00e9es par le METFP. Tous les \u00e9tablissements seront convi\u00e9s par la CUA, les restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s comme les gargotiers de quartier. Ces derniers seront m\u00eame privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019une aide suppl\u00e9mentaire pour formaliser leur activit\u00e9 \u00bb, ont communiqu\u00e9 les initiateurs du projet, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature du protocole d\u2019accord. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les explications, cette formation devrait impacter la qualit\u00e9 de service, l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des cibles ainsi que celle de la client\u00e8le. Outre l\u2019appui donn\u00e9 par la FHORM dans le cadre de ce projet, celle-ci fournira \u00e9galement les supports de travail et choisira les formateurs, pour garantir un contenu de qualit\u00e9. \u00c0 noter que la CUA et la FHORM ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 conclu un accord sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019outils technologiques, le 6 avril dernier, pour r\u00e9pertorier les h\u00f4tels et restaurants d\u2019Antananarivo. Cette nouvelle convention repr\u00e9sente une suite qui vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les activit\u00e9s touristiques dans la Capitale.<\/p>\n
