Il y b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une r\u00e9sidence d\u2019\u00e9criture \u00e0 la Cit\u00e9 Internationale des arts pour le d\u00e9veloppement de ce film qui a re\u00e7u l\u2019aide au d\u00e9veloppement du Fonds pour La Jeune Cr\u00e9ation Francophone, et est soutenu par l\u2019association Usage du monde au 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle ainsi que le Centre national du cin\u00e9ma et de l\u2019image anim\u00e9e (CNC). Ces derniers prennent d\u2019ailleurs en charge l\u2019encadrement artistique de cette r\u00e9sidence d\u2019\u00e9criture qui se terminera vers la fin du mois de juin. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le sc\u00e9nario du film en termes de langage cin\u00e9matographique en collaboration avec des consultants en sc\u00e9nario. Des rencontres avec de potentiels producteurs et partenaires sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus en vue du passage \u00e0 la phase de financement du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit du deuxi\u00e8me long-m\u00e9trage de fiction de Hamy Ratovo qui plonge au c\u0153ur de la beaut\u00e9 et des maux du monde rural malgache. L\u2019histoire s\u2019articule autour de Tovo et de Nofy, une doctoresse dont il est secr\u00e8tement amoureux, qui est tu\u00e9e par des bandits. Tovo y entamera un voyage sem\u00e9 d\u2019emb\u00fbches et plein de rebondissements avec le fant\u00f4me de Nofy \u00e0 qui il avouera enfin son amour. Nofy est une histoire motiv\u00e9e par deux mots qui s\u2019entrem\u00ealaient dans mes pens\u00e9es : \u00abr\u00e9silience\u00bb et \u00abindignation\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Hamy Ratovo \u00e0 propos. Tous ses films sont d\u2019ailleurs inspir\u00e9s d\u2019un sentiment d\u2019indignation : Malagasy Mankany d\u00e9plore la corruption g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e \u00e0 Madagascar.
