Il s\u2019agit de \u00ab VOA\u2019ART, The National Orchestra of Madagascar \u00bb qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Nationale des Arts et de la Culture (ANAC), sous la tutelle du minist\u00e8re de la Culture et de la Communication.<\/p>\n<p>Avant cela, l\u2019Etat n\u2019avait que les \u00ab Mpitsoka Mozikan\u2019ny Governemanta \u00bb et le MUSAM constitu\u00e9s uniquement de cuivres, de bois et de percussions. Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Nationale des Arts et de la Culture (ANAC), Holy Razafindrazaka, un orchestre est une association de musiciens et de chanteurs de plus de 60 membres et dans lequel toutes les quatre cat\u00e9gories d\u2019instruments sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 savoir les instruments \u00e0 cordes, les cuivres, les bois et les instruments \u00e0 percussions. Voa\u2019Art est constitu\u00e9 de 80 membres malgaches, issus de divers horizons musicaux et de milieux sociaux diff\u00e9rents, tous \u00e9l\u00e8ves et professeurs \u00e0 l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Nationale des Arts et de la Culture. Cela fait 4 mois qu\u2019il est op\u00e9rationnel. Ses membres ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de formations orchestrales solides \u00e0 l\u2019ANAC. Les professeurs de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie ont atteint un niveau correspondant aux normes internationales gr\u00e2ce au soutien de l\u2019association Hetsika Madagascar. D\u2019ailleurs, l\u2019association Hetsika s\u2019est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 apporter son soutien \u00e0 l\u2019ANAC en mati\u00e8re de remise \u00e0 niveau r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des professeurs jusqu\u2019en 2024. Des formations de formateurs sont donc assur\u00e9es par des professeurs experts \u00e9trangers de renom. La signature de convention entre le Minist\u00e8re de la Culture et de la Communication et le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association Hetsika, Vonjy Andrianantoandro, s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e hier \u00e0 la Biblioth\u00e8que nationale Anosy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab VOA\u2019ART, The National Orchestra of Madagascar \u00bb sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 officiellement ce jeudi 26 mai \u00e0 18 heures \u00e0 travers un concert donn\u00e9 au Palais d\u2019Andafiavaratra, un lieu symbolique puisque le r\u00e9pertoire de l\u2019Orchestre sera constitu\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re partie de 16 chansons qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entonn\u00e9es au palais de la Reine du temps de la Royaut\u00e9 malgache. Des chansons plus contemporaines telles que des tubes de Mahaleo ou Poopy seront interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on symphonique dans la 2\u00e8me partie de ce concert de pr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet artistique et culturel, qui a pour vocation de planter des graines d\u2019artistes malgaches, a \u00e9galement une vis\u00e9e \u00e9ducative et citoyenne. L\u2019orchestre aura pour mission d\u2019assurer la conservation, la transmission et la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des \u0153uvres malgaches.
