Le festival \u00ab franco jeune \u00bb, dans le but de promouvoir le jeune litt\u00e9raire \u00e0 ext\u00e9rioriser leur talent, est f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur. L\u2019organisateur a rassembl\u00e9 les pays riverains de l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien. Mozambique, Tanzanie, Zanzibar, Comores, Madagascar, Seychelles, tous \u00e9taient r\u00e9unis par un seul homme et une seule langue bien que certains de ces pays soient lusophones et anglophones. Par ailleurs, hormis l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien qui r\u00e9unit ces pays, ils ont \u00e9galement un point de jonction : des us et coutumes similaires. D\u00e8s lors, l\u2019id\u00e9ologie Jaomanoro surpasse la fronti\u00e8re malgache et enjambe le canal de Mozambique. Ce n\u2019est pas par hasard si le nom d\u2019une salle de la Biblioth\u00e8que nationale d\u2019Antananarivo porte son nom.
