Vendredi dernier, le Syncormae a d\u00e9j\u00e0 sorti une d\u00e9claration qui a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 en public leurs pr\u00e9occupations du moment. Le \u00ab bien-\u00eatre du personnel et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de leur travail \u00bb sont mis \u00e0 mal, estiment les syndicalistes tout en poursuivant qu\u2019\u00ab une ambiance d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019Administration \u00bb s\u2019installe alors \u00e0 Anosy.<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicalistes du Sympirima en revanche ont soutenu les propos de ceux du Syncormae qui soutiennent que \u00ab des actes de d\u00e9nigrement et propos discriminatoires des instances hi\u00e9rarchiques, \u00e0 connotations racistes, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de ses membres ainsi que la violence morale et verbale \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de tout membre du personnel du minist\u00e8re \u00bb ne sont plus support\u00e9s par le personnel du minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res.
