Africa-Press – Malawi. Sungroup of Companies has extended its partnership with FCB Nyasa Big Bullets for another season, through its ‘refresh water brand.’
The signing ceremony took place at Sungroup Headquarters in Lilongwe on Friday.
Sungroup Chief Executive Officer Sameer Ahmed said the extension of the agreement follows the increased sales registered in the initial deal.
“It feels amazing to extend our partnership with The People’s Team. Since we entered into this collaboration, we have seen tremendous increase in brand visibility and product sales.

Through the agreement, refresh water will be supplied to all Bullets teams–first team, reserves, women’s side and junior teams.
Bullets Chief Executive Officer Albert Chigoga hailed the company for renewing the partnership.
“We spend a lot of money on water for all our teams. It provides significant savings on our budget,” Chigoga said.
Chigoga said the club spends over K30 million on water for all the teams.
He also urged Bullets supporters to give back to Sungroup by purchasing its products.
“We believe that the partnership has made Bullets fans love all products from Sungroup. We always engage our fans to support the products and services of our partners,” he said.
Bullets and Sungroup, first signed an agreement in April last year.
