Attorney General (AG) Frank Mbeta has asked the High Court sitting in Lilongwe to dismiss a case brought by the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) and three of its legislators, culminating in the granting of an injunction stopping the relocation of the Malawi Electoral Commission (Mec) headquarters from Lilongwe City to Blantyre City.
