Africa-Press – Malawi. <\/strong><\/span>As reported recently that the outgoing Acting Chief Executive Officer for National Oil Company of Malawi (NOCMA) Helen Buluma sneaked out of the country for interviews for the job in Pretoria South Africa.<\/p>\n

Having failed that interview in South Africa, Buluma returned back to Malawi with new tactics and a new target for recorded conversations, mourning\u2019s with pleasure to be used for blackmail to remain on the job.<\/p>\n

Having seen the fall of her two formerly powerful handlers, and the crumbling political fortunes of a shamed and corruption mired President Lazarus Chakwera\u2019s Tonse government cabinet Minister, who is only being kept in Cabinet for religious commonality with the appointing authority.<\/p>\n

We can now reveal that Miss Buluma returned from South Africa with Pastor Sean Kampondeni, the President\u2019s son in law, who doubles as the President\u2019s Executive Assistant and State House Director of Communications.<\/p>\n

Buluma had set up a room at Ufulu garden, spiked with a full set of audio visual recording devices to trap Kampondeni on a blackmail gravy train to get him to help her stay at NOCMA.<\/p>\n

The bed was laced with red rose petals, a set of fancy lingerie, bought in Edgar\u2019s in Pretoria was on the ready to entice the powerful man into bed. There was no show for Pastor Kampondeni at Ufulu Gardens. He did not turn up to join the swim in a jacuz of rose petal bed.<\/p>\n

Miss Buluma had also tried to buy the new SPC, Miss Coleen Zamba with a MK5 million VVIP ticket and watching box for the recent football game at Bingu Stadium where Flames played Ethiopia, a game attended by President Chakwera and Vice President Saulos Chilima, a highly hipped game, the first in 27 years to be watched by a sitting Head of state where Flames would pay an international competitive game.<\/p>\n

Miss Zamba categorically refused to accept the ticket, a blackmail bet, telling Buluma to stop trying to bribe her in order to build a case for blackmail.<\/p>\n

Helen Buluma has been trying to trade a new contract at NOCMA as a condition for her to continue appearing in court in a case in which she implicated Kambala, Enoch Chihana and Chris Chaima Banda of attempting to influence her, putting their lives, businesses, professional endevours and those of their families at a standstill and in a state of stagnation.<\/p>\n

In her pathological appetite for blackmail and arm twisting tactics, Buluma had hoped that both Pastor Kampondeni and Miss Coleen Zamba would swallow her bet. It has not worked. Guess who has fallen into her blackmail and who is encouraging Buluma to stick around NOCMA offices, without any contractual mandate.<\/p>\n

It has been revealed that Buluma confided in one of her close relations that their first tangle and horn locking took place at a Hotel in Dar Es Salaam where they recently visited storage facilities for fuel at Malawi Cargo Centre.<\/p>\n

Minister Ibrahim Matola was also taken to the offices Lake Oil Petroleum, one of the fuel suppliers to NOCMA where Buluma had arranged that the Minister be handed cash while he was being video recorded.<\/p>\n

Minister Matola, having been blackmailed by these two events, the tangle at the hotel, which was recorded on video and the cash handover, has assured Buluma to stay put at NOCMA offices and that he will take advantage of the President\u2019s lack of decisiveness to keep her on the job so that they can manipulate the next recruitment for the new CEO through an advert which is coming out in the papers within the next two weeks.<\/p>\n

Helen Buluma is caught in a very difficult corner. She knows that her false testimony presented in court could land her in jail for she lied under oath in court.<\/p>\n

When these lies are proven through cross examination, Buluma who co- habits with a lawyer, has been advised that she could face jail if she accepts to be cross examined.<\/p>\n

Now, it is clear that her contract which has ended today, 22nd August 2022 will not be renewed because in the first place she had no job at NOCMA, there was no job of Deputy CEO at NOCMA, it does not feature in the organogram and therefore she was appointed by the Former President Mutharika to no job at all.<\/p>\n

This means that Helen Buluma has no job at NOCMA and must leave NOCMA premises as soon as possible Buluma was a political impostor, a member of the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) National Governing Council, as Director of International Relations, was imposed by the then President Mutharika on NOCMA resources, to harvest money from NOCMA for DPP. Buluma has continued to channel money to DPP to this day.<\/p>\n
