Africa-Press – Malawi. <\/strong><\/span>Four customers who used Point-of-Sale (POS) machines at Sana Mega Store in the capital Lilongwe, had a surprise of their day on Friday, September 2, 2022 as FDH Bank plc spoiled them with 60 seconds Trolley Dash worth MK300, 000 as part of a new promotion launch.<\/p>\n

One of the lucky customers, Chikondi Mtalimanja, Area 49 resident who picked items worthy MK296, 000.00 could not believe that got groceries freely. Mtalimanja therefore lauded FDH for the timely caution initiative amid economic challenges Malawians are going through.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is amazing promotion, shopping all items freely. I\u2019m now relieved for this month amid high cost of living we are into,\u201d excited Mtalimanja.<\/p>\n

FDH\u2019s Head of Corporate and Investment Banking Mary Jussab to encourage customers to embrace digital services by using Point-of-Sale (POS) machines. Jussab disclosed that MK2 million has been earmarked for every month starting September to December, 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a competition where we want to sell our POS. We want our customers to be using our POS machines. Going forward we will be doing this campaign until December.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery month there will be two people winning K300,000 worth of shopping vouchers, four people winning MK60,000 fuel vouchers, and the other four winning MK60,000 shopping vouchers. Using our POS machines is much easier and we want customers to embrace that,\u201d says Jussab.<\/p>\n

FDH Bank Plc launched the \u2018Swipe and Dash Promotion\u2019 which will see all card holders who swipe using an FDH POS machine at Chipiku, Sana and other participating outlets standing a chance to win. After swiping, customers will leave their receipts indicating their names and numbers in the Swipe and Dash box in the outlets.<\/p>\n
