Africa-Press – Malawi. <\/strong><\/span>Ready to make his mark on the game again Platinum-selling producer and artist, Jillz has broken the silence by announcing the release of his brand new single titled, \u201cPressure\u201d featuring Le Broda.<\/p>\n

The musician decided to finally reveal the news to fans and the public in the mid hours of Friday (25th November), while posting to his social media the official project artwork.<\/p>\n

Speaking in an interview Jillz described his new song saying;: \u201cPressure is a new Afrobeat, Afropop, and Trap song fused with a Dancehall bassline, that brings a whole new sound to African music\u201d.<\/p>\n

The song in itself talks about women who are self-made and have all they need and don\u2019t need a man for any financial support, yet men want these types of women, the \u201cAfrican Boujee\u201d lifestyle that Jillz describes in his previous single.<\/p>\n

The song also brings in a blend of some old-school Hip-Hop influential sounds from the likes of T-Pain, Akon, and Sean Paul, but with a modern Afrobeat twist.<\/p>\n

Coming through as another fresh installment this year, \u201cPressure\u201d is the first lead song taken off from Jillz\u2019s upcoming second solo project \u201cMud To Water\u201d, and shows his transition as an artist from original Trap and Hip-Hop street music to the combined fusion of Afrobeat, Trap, and Dancehall sounds. Born and bred in Malawi, Jillz is a rapper, singer, and producer based in South Africa.<\/p>\n

Commonly known for producing Cassper Nyovest\u2019s \u201cMove For Me\u201d Jillz has since been topping the chart as one of the industry\u2019s favorite go-to leads in representing elite artists on sounds, while also having closely worked alongside popular industry names such as Benny Chill, Phantom Steeze, Sho Madjozi, and the late DJ Dimplez among others.<\/p>\n

After inking a deal with Universal Music Group in 2019, Jillz got his production officially recognized on Cassper Nyovest\u2019s song \u201cMove For Me\u201d featuring Boskasie, which became Certified Platinum with 2.4 Million Streams, and showcased his style and skills as a versatile artist and producer, and earned him a spot in the limelight.<\/p>\n

Now broadening his horizon through various genres, Jillz is looking to introduce a different side of him that the fan base hasn\u2019t seen before.<\/p>\n
