Africa-Press – Malawi. <\/strong><\/span>Nyasa Big Bullets will hold player awards ceremony at COMESA Hall in the City of Blantyre as one way of rewarding the players who have done well in the 2022 season, the club has announced.<\/p>\n

According to the statement released by the club on Monday, the \u2018black-tie\u2019 event will be held under the theme \u201cawarding excellence of our athletes\u201d where supporters of the team and other soccer loving Malawians will be voting for each category through their mobile platform, 441.<\/p>\n

Reads the statement: \u201cNyasa Big Bullets FC will hold the end of season awards ceremony on 23rd December 2022 at COMESA Hall in Blantyre. The Red-Carpet event is organized under the theme \u201cawarding excellence of our athletes.<\/p>\n

\u201cTop among the awards is the category of Player of the Season. This award will be given to the best performing player in the year according to the supporters choice. Other award categories up for grabs are Best Goalkeeper of the Season, Best Defender of the Season, Best Midfielder of the Season, Best Striker of the Season and Discovery of the Season. To recognise our legends, the club has identified three of our legends who will also be given certificates of recognition for their impeccable contributions to the club.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEach category has three (3) nominees to be voted by fans by sending a keyword representing each category together with the name of their preferred choice to our 441-mobile platform,\u201d reads part of the statement.<\/p>\n

Advance tickets for the annual gala are being sold at Nyasa Big Bullets offices, Chigos Cuisine at Kameza, Jack Shoppers in Blantyre and Limbe Total Filling Station.\u201d<\/p>\n

The club is also selling corporate tables for ten (10) available in all categories such as Platinum at MK500, OOO, Gold at MK200, OOO and Silver at MKIOO, OOO per table. For individual entries, each ticket is being sold at MK50, OOO (Platinum), MK20, OOO (Gold) and MKIO, OOO (Silver). The event failed to take place last season due to Covid-19 pandemic which saw Malawi Government putting restrictions on public gatherings.<\/p>\n
