Africa-Press – Malawi. <\/strong><\/span>Anzisha Prize has announced a new online digital resource library that is aimed at powering youthful entrepreneurship education across Africa.<\/p>\n

Dubbed Anzisha.org, the library is a free-to-use source of content for all entrepreneurship curriculum development tools and publications curated for young enterprises, parents, investors and educators.<\/p>\n

These include access to e-books, research, articles, audio, video, magazines and newsletters featuring insights and best practices that are uploaded onto the platform regularly.<\/p>\n

African Leadership Academy chief programs officer Josh Adler said the long-term vision for the platform is to provide a collection of objective resources that anyone can use to enrich their own entrepreneurship journey or educational programmes.<\/p>\n

\u201cResources such as case studies and films, for example, can help teachers to enrich lesson plans or project assignments,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cSimilarly, young businesses can use the resources for professional development while youth entrepreneurship programme managers can use the assets to convince donors why their solutions deserve support with evidence and data.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, the resource hub seeks to provide young entrepreneurs with the opportunity to gain access to valuable insights from different communities of experts.<\/p>\n

These specialists\u2019 content aims to inspire and support those among them with leadership potential to pursue and succeed in entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

According to Adler, the establishment of the library is informed by the Anzisha Prize Theory of Change which is centred on the objective of encouraging young people to take up entrepreneurship as a career.<\/p>\n

This is in order to take the African continent into a desirable future.<\/p>\n

Adler added beyond its objectives, Anzisha Prize seeks to change the way African parents, teachers and communities at large, think about entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe want to show young people that entrepreneurship is a viable career path for them while also creating a conducive environment for successful entrepreneurship,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The lessons are currently available to all on the unveiled library platform.<\/p>\n

One can access developed, tested and shared best practices on youth enterprises which seek to build on learnings and actionable insights with an aim to show that it\u2019s possible to address high unemployment through entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n
