The dress up days included cultural day and sports day.<\/p>\n<p>Ecobank Malawi\u2019s Head of Brand, Marketing &amp; Corporate Communications, Tidzi Chalamba said the customer service week was an opportunity to celebrate the bank\u2019s customers and staff, who are the key drivers of its success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful to our customers for their loyalty and trust in us,\u201d he said. \u201cWe are also proud of our staff for their dedication and professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have used this week to express our appreciation and gratitude to them, and to reaffirm our promise to provide them with the best banking experience possible.<\/p>\n<p>Chalamba also said Ecobank Malawi will continue to invest in innovative products and services that meet the needs and expectations of its customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEcobank Malawi is a customer-centric bank that strives to deliver convenient, accessible, and reliable banking solutions to our customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a range of digital platforms that enable our customers to bank anytime, anywhere, and anyhow.
