Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>Dans le secteur de l\u2019agriculture et notamment le coton, tous les feux sont au vert. On attend une grosse performance qui d\u00e9noterait une remise sur scelle de la production cotonni\u00e8re malienne.<\/p>\n

Ce n\u2019est plus un secret pour personne : le Mali atteindra un record de production jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 auparavant \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la campagne agricole 2021-2022. Cela gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement de la CMDT qui a su mettre en place une politique gagnant-gagnant qui a vite s\u00e9duit les paysans qui sont retourn\u00e9s dans les champs avec grande confiance. Les r\u00e9sultats sont l\u00e0, \u00e0 la grande satisfaction de tous. Du coup, on se rappelle la d\u00e9cision prise par les plus hautes autorit\u00e9s de nommer un homme, fin connaisseur du monde paysan, \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la CMDT. Un choix qui s\u2019av\u00e8re judicieux au regard de ce tout ce que nous voyons aujourd\u2019hui en termes de r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n

Agro \u00e9conomiste de son \u00e9tat, Dr Nango Demb\u00e9l\u00e9 avec son sens de management, a su insuffler une nouvelle dynamique \u00e0 la CMDT et par ricochet \u00e0 tout le secteur relevant de sa responsabilit\u00e9. Rassembleur avec sa p\u00e9dagogie participative, il est \u00e0 la source de cette embellie qui place le Mali dans le peloton de t\u00eate des producteurs de coton gr\u00e2ce au soutien et l\u2019accompagnement des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s de l\u2019Etat qui ont fait confiance \u00e0 sa comp\u00e9tence. L\u2019homme a mis en place une \u00e9quipe dynamique et efficace qui a su mouiller le maillot en cr\u00e9ant les conditions pour aller \u00e0 une production jamais \u00e9gal\u00e9e de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance \u00e0 nos jours.<\/p>\n

Il est donc important que tous ces efforts soient soutenus et continuent de l\u2019\u00eatre afin de ne pas casser la dynamique imprim\u00e9e. Mettre en place une politique de durabilit\u00e9, tel doit \u00eatre l\u2019objectif primordial des autorit\u00e9s de l\u2019Etat. Les 15% du budget octroy\u00e9s au secteur de l\u2019agriculture est certes une bonne chose. Mais, cette assiette peut \u00eatre relev\u00e9e si on continue de placer l\u2019agriculture au c\u0153ur du d\u00e9veloppement socio\u00e9conomique. La m\u00e9canisation de l\u2019agriculture \u00e9tant aussi \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour, la politique devra viser la transformation de la production agricole pour une meilleure maitrise. De toutes les mani\u00e8res, le Mali gagnerait davantage \u00e0 soutenir le secteur agricole \u00e0 travers la CMDT.<\/p>\n
