Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>Dans 18 mois, 1000 agents de la police nationale b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de maisons enti\u00e8rement termin\u00e9es, pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre habit\u00e9es sur le site de l\u2019ACI \u00e0 Dialakorobougou. Ce projet est la premi\u00e8re phase d\u2019un vaste programme sur 20 000 logements sociaux pr\u00e9vus pour un co\u00fbt total de 16 milliards de F CFA.<\/p>\n

Une bonne affaire pour l\u2019Amicale de la police nationale et son pr\u00e9sident Commissaire divisionnaire Mamoutou Togola, l\u2019Agence de Cession immobili\u00e8re du Mali (ACI) et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de promotion immobili\u00e8re Traco- Iinter SA. L\u2019ACI en phase de redressement avec son tout nouveau jeune directeur Amadou Djadj\u00e9 Ma\u00efga vient d\u2019officialiser la signature d\u2019un avenant de convention pour la construction de 1000 logements \u00e0 usage d\u2019habitation. Ce projet, qui sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur son site de 37 hectares de Dialakorobougou, est destin\u00e9 aux fonctionnaires policiers avec l\u2019op\u00e9rateur immobilier Oumar Diawara.<\/p>\n

Selon M. Diawara, le d\u00e9lai pour la fin des travaux de construction des logements en bail est pr\u00e9vu pour 18 mois \u00e0 compter du mois d\u2019avril 2022. La dur\u00e9e du bail pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire est \u00e9tal\u00e9e sur 20 ans. Le co\u00fbt d\u2019investissement du projet est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 16 milliards de F CFA. \u00ab L\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux qui seront confi\u00e9s aux entreprises locales sur 18 mois va contribuer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emplois locaux pour environ 4000 (milles) personnes \u00bb, a assur\u00e9 Oumar Diawara. L\u2019ACI, initialement \u00e9tait li\u00e9e \u00e0 son partenaire APIM \u00e0 travers une convention pour un projet de Ville nouvelle dont la dur\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue pour la fin des travaux \u00e9tait de 3 ans \u00e0 compter de mars 2014. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nos jours les travaux \u00e9taient \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat et donnaient lieu \u00e0 toutes sortes d\u2019interpr\u00e9tations, menaces et de sp\u00e9culations fonci\u00e8res par les pr\u00e9dateurs fonciers et leurs complices.<\/p>\n

A travers cette convention issue d\u2019un nouvel avenant permettant \u00e0 l\u2019ACI de traiter directement avec l\u2019op\u00e9rateur Oumar Diawara d\u00fbment reconnu par l\u2019APIM, et respectant les textes en vigueur, bient\u00f4t 1000 maisons enti\u00e8rement termin\u00e9es, pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre habit\u00e9es. Sur le site, le charg\u00e9 \u00e0 la communication de l\u2019amicale de la Police, Bougouna Baba Demb\u00e9l\u00e9, a affirm\u00e9 que les maisons seront de type F3 (200 m 2), type F4 (250 m2) et de type F5 (300m2).<\/p>\n

Le projet intitul\u00e9 \u00ab un policier un toit \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019initiative des hautes autorit\u00e9s actuelles de la transition dont la premi\u00e8re pierre a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9e le 9 juillet 2021 par le ministre Daoud Aly Mouhamedine en charge de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la Protection civile r\u00e9pond aux besoins r\u00e9els incessants des fonctionnaires policiers.<\/p>\n
