Un quotidien que Salimata Diarra s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 assurer encore.<\/p>\n<p>Mari\u00e9e depuis plus de 20 ans dans une grande famille, Salimata Diarra commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e Sali, est au four et au moulin en m\u00eame temps pendant le ramadan. Sa journ\u00e9e commence \u00e0 3h du matin. Apr\u00e8s que tout le monde a mang\u00e9, Salimata se rend directement au march\u00e9 pour acheter les condiments de son restaurant situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Yirimadjo. Chaque jour, elle pr\u00e9pare plus de 3 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de sauces dans son restaurant. Elle se fait aider par 3 aides m\u00e9nag\u00e8res. Mais, elle fait la majeure partie des travaux afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je commence \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 7h. D\u00e9j\u00e0 vers 12 h, tout est presque pr\u00eat. Je sers les clients jusqu\u2019\u00e0 14 h. Mes aides m\u00e9nag\u00e8res continuent apr\u00e8s, je retourne \u00e0 la maison pr\u00e9parer le repas de la rupture du je\u00fbne \u00bb,<\/p>\n<p>raconte Sali. La restauratrice, m\u00e8re de 5 enfants, n\u2019oublie pas pour autant les enfants qui ne jeunent pas. Elle envoie aussi leurs repas de midi \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Son travail de restauratrice ne l\u2019emp\u00eache pas de se consacrer \u00e0 sa famille. La diversit\u00e9 du menu est sacr\u00e9 pour Sali. \u00ab En plus du diner, je pr\u00e9pare de la bouillie, du kink\u00e9liba, bissap et un petit plat \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00bb. Elle se fait aider par ses enfants. Ils s\u2019occupent de la maison et la lessive, apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole. \u00ab Des t\u00e2ches largement suffisantes pour elle apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sali \u00e9puis\u00e9e, \u00e0 jeun, parfois n\u2019arrive m\u00eame pas \u00e0 manger \u00e0 sa faim. Il lui arrive m\u00eame de dormir sur le tapis de pri\u00e8re. Un quotidien que Salimata dit \u00eatre pr\u00eate \u00e0 assurer encore pendant les 30 jours du mois de ramadan.
