Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019engagement de l\u2019Union national des travailleurs du Mali (Untm) \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre la libert\u00e9 syndicale ne d\u00e9morde pas. Un engagement qui am\u00e8ne la structure dirigeante \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer certains agissements qui sont de nature \u00e0 mettre en cause la libert\u00e9 syndicale.<\/p>\n

Dans une lettre circulaire, l\u2019Untm d\u00e9plore des violations du droit syndical avec des interf\u00e9rences dans la vie syndicale. Les camarades responsables syndicaux des centres de sant\u00e9, des services administratifs et des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s mini\u00e8res sont victimes de violation de leur libert\u00e9 syndicale.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Toute chose qui montre la m\u00e9connaissance qui ne saurait \u00eatre tol\u00e9r\u00e9e des conventions et des lois nationales r\u00e9gissant le syndicalisme au plan mondial et national \u00bb, stipule le communiqu\u00e9. Pourtant, en ao\u00fbt 2021, l\u2019Untm, tenant compte de la complexit\u00e9 de la situation nationale, avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre ses activit\u00e9s revendicatives.<\/p>\n

Pour le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Untm, Yacouba Katil\u00e9, il ne s\u2019agissait pas de d\u00e9serter la lutte syndicale, mais de contribuer \u00e0 la restauration du pays durement fragilis\u00e9 par les errements politiques, s\u00e9curitaires, sociales et de leur gr\u00e8ve. \u00ab Mais que cela ne soit pas une porte ouverte aux violations du droit syndical avec des interf\u00e9rences dans la vie syndicale. Ce comportement patriotique des syndicalistes doit \u00eatre brandi \u00bb, dit-il.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 ce comportement d\u00e9cri\u00e9, l\u2019Untm se r\u00e9jouit de certaines actions, notamment les transpositions devenues un acquis depuis plus de 3 ans. Il y a eu l\u2019alignement et les rappels \u00e0 tous les contractuels. Les syndicats partenaires sont aussi remis dans leurs droits au fur et \u00e0 mesure des discussions, des rencontres avec le gouvernement et le patronat. Les commissions sont \u00e0 pied d\u2019\u0153uvre pour l\u2019extinction des accords du 5 f\u00e9vrier 2021.Ce sont l\u00e0 des illustrations.<\/p>\n

La situation du pays n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9e sous silence. L\u2019Untmestime que le pays est aujourd\u2019hui dans un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui s\u2019\u00e9largit de plus en plus. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019un hommage a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu aux forces arm\u00e9es et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui d\u2019ailleurs ont besoin de soutien.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9cisions inoportunes, inexplicables, inhumaines, anti-maliennes prises \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur sont aussi contest\u00e9es par l\u2019Untm. Cette sanction a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour le bureau ex\u00e9cutif des facteurs de consolidation d\u2019engagement \u00e0 b\u00e2tir la solidarit\u00e9 des textes, des institutions, \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer pour de bon exercice du pouvoir, les acquis d\u00e9mocratiques. \u00ab L\u2019Untm est et reste dans cette dynamique \u00bb, conclut le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n
