Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>La Cour d\u2019Appel du Tribunal de la Commune V de Bamako a rendu, le vendredi le 22 avril 2022, sa d\u00e9cision suite \u00e0 un appel du camp Salikou Sanogo relativement t \u00e0 la crise au sommet de l\u2019URD. Communiqu\u00e9<\/p>\n

L\u2019URD informe ses militants et sympathisants que faisant suite aux voies de recours exerc\u00e9es au nom et pour le compte du pr\u00e9sident Salikou Sanogo contre le jugement N\u00b0130 du 04 avril 2022 du tribunal de grande instance de la commune V du district de Bamako, la Chambre des r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de la Cour d\u2019Appel de Bamako, en son audience du 22 avril, a ordonn\u00e9 la d\u00e9fense \u00e0 ex\u00e9cution dudit jugement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 examen du fond du dossier.<\/p>\n

Par cette d\u00e9cision, la Cour d\u2019Appel interdit clairement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution provisoire du jugement querelle dans toutes ses dispositions. L\u2019effet suspensif de l\u2019appel interjet\u00e9, au nom et pour le compte du pr\u00e9sident Salikou Sanogo, place les deux parties au proc\u00e8s dans leur position ant\u00e9rieure audit jugement. C\u2019est \u00e0 dire le professeur Salikou Sanogo demeure le pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de l\u2019URD et Gouagnon Coulibaly conserve son statut d\u2019exclu du parti.<\/p>\n

L\u2019URD rappelle que l\u2019information judiciaire ouverte contre Gouagnon Coulibaly et autres pour faux et usage de faux devant le juge d\u2019instruction du 9 \u00e8me cabinet du Tribunal de Grande Instance de la commune 3 se poursuit normalement.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est pourquoi le parti invite tous ses militants et sympathisants \u00e0 rester vigilants sereins et \u00e0 ne pas c\u00e9der \u00e0 la d\u00e9sinformation et \u00e0 la provocation.<\/p>\n

Le Bureau ex\u00e9cutif national f\u00e9licite toutes les militantes et tous les militants qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes des man\u0153uvres frauduleuses contraire \u00e0 la vision de feu Soumai\u00efa Ciss\u00e9, aux valeurs et \u00e9thiques de l\u2019URD, de revenir \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 en rejoignant le parti sous le leadership \u00e9clair\u00e9 du professeur Salikou Sanogo<\/p>\n
