C\u2019est qu\u2019on appelle panier de soin \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 la ministre.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est en fonction de tous ces param\u00e8tres que tout cela est mis en \u0153uvre, \u00e0 l\u2019en croire. Les listes des m\u00e9dicaments sont issues d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de rencontres entre diff\u00e9rents acteurs de l\u2019Amo, selon Mme Di\u00e9minatou. Elle a rassur\u00e9 que \u00ab chaque fois qu\u2019il y a besoin de r\u00e9viser le panier de l\u2019Assurance Maladie obligatoire, cela sera fait \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les derniers textes qui sont en train d\u2019\u00eatre pass\u00e9s en revue pour le R\u00e9gime d\u2019Assurance Maladie universelle, il y a la question du panier de soin, la question du financement, et celle des organismes qui vont g\u00e9rer tout \u00e7a, a indiqu\u00e9 Mme la ministre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est en perp\u00e9tuelle am\u00e9lioration, la liste n\u2019est pas fig\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9r\u00e9 par la Caisse nationale de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, le R\u00e9gime d\u2019Assurance Maladie universelle (Ramu) est parmi l\u2019un des gros chantiers du d\u00e9partement de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Son op\u00e9rationnalisation, d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours, va permettre \u00e0 tous les Maliens d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des soins de sant\u00e9, a dit Mme la ministre. De soins gratuits pour 3 millions d\u2019indigents<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le R\u00e9gime de l\u2019Assistance m\u00e9dicale (Ramed), l\u2019invit\u00e9e a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 un ambitieux objectif d\u2019identification et d\u2019enr\u00f4lement de trois millions d\u2019indigents qui \u00ab vont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des soins de sant\u00e9 gratuits sur tout l\u2019\u00e9tendue du territoire \u00bb. Tout ceci sera effectif \u00e0 partir de 2022, aux dires de la ministre.
