Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>7 juin 2021-7 juin 2022, soit un an jour pour jour que Choguel a pris les commandes de la Primature, dans le sillage de la rectification de la trajectoire de la transition.<\/p>\n

Un an apr\u00e8s, le bilan de Choguel K Ma\u00efga \u00e0 la t\u00eate du gouvernement est diversement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, notamment sur le contenu de la lettre de cadrage du pr\u00e9sident de la Transition lors du conseil des ministres inaugural.<\/p>\n

Le Col Assimi Goita avait, en effet, engag\u00e9 l\u2019actuelle \u00e9quipe gouvernementale \u00e0 travailler pour le retour de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la bonne gouvernance, la r\u00e9duction des charges de l\u2019Etat et l\u2019organisation des \u00e9lections libres et transparentes devant sanctionner la transition.<\/p>\n

S\u2019il est admis de noter une nette am\u00e9lioration au plan s\u00e9curitaire, l\u2019attelage Choguel peine manifestement \u00e0 convaincre par des r\u00e9sultats tangibles quant aux autres axes de son Plan d\u2019action.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans ce contexte que le PM Choguel a d\u00e9fendu son bilan devant un parterre de journalistes, le vendredi 10 juin 2022, au Centre International de Conf\u00e9rence de Bamako (CICB).<\/p>\n

Qualifi\u00e9 de mitig\u00e9 par ses d\u00e9tracteurs, notamment ceux du Cadre d\u2019\u00e9changes des partis et regroupement politiques \u2013 et m\u00eame par une majorit\u00e9 de ses amis de lutte du M5-RFP, Choguel soutient quant \u00e0 lui que son bilan est plus qu\u2019honorable avec plus 87% de ses missions accomplies.<\/p>\n

Sur la mont\u00e9e en puissance des FAMAs, le PM, tout en se r\u00e9jouissant de la nette am\u00e9lioration du rapport de forces sur le terrain s\u00e9curitaire avec les performances des Forces arm\u00e9es maliennes (FAMa), en tire parti au d\u00e9tour de la coordination de l\u2019action gouvernementale par le Premier Ministre.<\/p>\n

Comme quoi, le bilan s\u00e9curitaire n\u2019est pas seulement celui des militaires mais de l\u2019ensemble des autorit\u00e9s de la Transition, soutient-Il. Quant au montant de la manne financi\u00e8re de l\u2019achat des \u00e9quipements ayant permis de changer la donne sur le terrain, Choguel dira que le gouvernement y communiquera le moment venu, apr\u00e8s pourtant d\u00e9rob\u00e9 devant le CNT en pr\u00e9sentant la question comme l\u2019apanage des seuls militaires.<\/p>\n

\u00abL\u2019essentiel est que le peuple soit s\u00e9curis\u00e9 \u00bb, a n\u00e9anmoins ressass\u00e9 le chef du gouvernement, en r\u00e9it\u00e9rant son engagement \u00e0 maintenir le tempo sur la lutte contre la corruption et la d\u00e9linquance financi\u00e8re, un domaine dans le cadre duquel le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre des d\u00e9tenus pr\u00e9ventifs poursuivi pour surfacturation dans le dossier d\u2019achat des \u00e9quipements militaires, SBM, a succomb\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n

Le PM de la rectification s\u2019est par ailleurs r\u00e9joui de la production record de la CMDT lors de campagne \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Toutes choses qu\u2019il a vers\u00e9es dans son bilan en revendiquant une augmentation de la subvention agricole de plus de 70%.<\/p>\n

Pour ce qui concerne le mandat de la Minusma, le gouvernement de Transition envisage son renouv\u00e8lement, a rassur\u00e9 Choguel, en pr\u00e9cisant au passage que des tractations sont en cours pour clarifier certaines dispositions du mandat.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement d\u00e9fendu la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une nouvelle constitution en tant promesse prise devant le peuple sur le boulevard de l\u2019Ind\u00e9pendance. Comme pour dire que toute contestation \u00e9ventuelle serait aux antipodes de l\u2019aspiration du peuple malien. Amidou Keita<\/p>\n
