Africa-Press – Mali. <\/strong><\/span>Les enqu\u00eates sur l\u2019attribution ill\u00e9gales des logements sociaux et l\u2019achat de l\u2019avion pr\u00e9sidentiel et \u00e9quipements militaires se poursuivent. Cette information est confirm\u00e9e par le Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du P\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et financier de Bamako.<\/p>\n

Ces \u00ab attributions frauduleuses \u00bb concernent la premi\u00e8re tranche des 12 566 logements de N\u2019Tabacoro sur la liste publi\u00e9e en 2019. \u00c0 en croire le Procureur, Ousmane Fati, il est ressorti des constats de l\u2019OMH que plus de 460 logements sociaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s frauduleusement. Le Procureur du P\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et financier de Bamako rappelle qu\u2019une enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte par son d\u00e9partement.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il y a trois personnes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9s devant le juge d\u2019instruction dont deux travailleurs \u00e0 l\u2019OHM. Et un autre qui serait une personne ext\u00e9rieure du service \u00bb, explique le Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du P\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et financier de Bamako. Il souligne qu\u2019un \u00ab mandat avait \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 contre une quatri\u00e8me personne \u00bb. \u00ab Pour le moment, on est \u00e0 ce stade \u00bb, dit-il avant d\u2019ajouter que \u00ab tant que l\u2019information n\u2019est pas cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e, on ne peut pas dire suffisamment ce qui va \u00eatre la suite d\u00e9finitive \u00bb. La Cour supr\u00eame d\u00e9sormais charg\u00e9 de l\u2019affaire dite \u00ab Achat de l\u2019avion pr\u00e9sidentiel et \u00e9quipements militaires \u00bb<\/p>\n

Ousmane Fati indique que les investigations se poursuivent sur l\u2019affaire dite d\u2019\u00ab Achat de l\u2019avion pr\u00e9sidentiel et \u00e9quipements militaires \u00bb. Cependant, le Procureur affirme que la proc\u00e9dure rel\u00e8ve maintenant de la Cour Supr\u00eame apr\u00e8s les enqu\u00eates pr\u00e9liminaires men\u00e9es par son parquet. \u00ab C\u2019est une exigence li\u00e9e \u00e0 la nature m\u00eame de l\u2019organisation et du fonctionnement du service judiciaire \u00bb, mart\u00e8le Ousmane Fati. \u00ab Les gens parlent effectivement du proc\u00e8s. Il faut au pr\u00e9alable instruire le dossier d\u2019\u00eatre trait\u00e9 d\u2019abord devant un juge d\u2019instruction \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-il.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que le P\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et financier coexiste avec le Tribunal de grande instance de la commune III de Bamako. Il a comp\u00e9tente \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re et s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e9galement aux infractions li\u00e9es aux droits communs.<\/p>\n
