La compagnie travaille depuis quelques ann\u00e9es \u00e0 en faire un complexe aurif\u00e8re en y int\u00e9grant plusieurs gisements prometteurs \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au Mali, B2Gold a officiellement boucl\u00e9 le rachat d\u2019Oklo Resources. Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le mardi 20 septembre, l\u2019acheteur canadien indique en effet avoir rempli les conditions de l\u2019accord conclu en mai dernier, y compris l\u2019\u00e9mission de 10 742 814 actions et un paiement en esp\u00e8ces de 27,4 millions de dollars australiens en faveur des actionnaires du vendeur.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut souligner que cette transaction permet \u00e0 B2Gold d\u2019agrandir la taille de son complexe aurif\u00e8re Fekola au Mali, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Dandoko, le projet aurif\u00e8re phare du portefeuille d\u2019Oklo. D\u00e9j\u00e0 compos\u00e9 de la mine \u00e9ponyme, ce complexe a vu l\u2019ajout au cours des derniers mois d\u2019un autre gisement important, Anaconda qui peut aider la compagnie \u00e0 augmenter sa production annuelle d\u2019or de 80 \u00e0 100 000 onces.<\/p>\n<p>A Dandoko, une ressource min\u00e9rale de 11,3 millions de tonnes titrant 1,93 g\/t d\u2019or a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019une premi\u00e8re estimation de ressources min\u00e9rales publi\u00e9e en mars 2021.
